The intention of this web document is to add supplementary material to the JCP paper referred to in the heading. Here you will find additional color images and animations from examples in this paper. CLAWPACK code for these examples will be available, as well as Matlab code for the stability analysis.
 

This website is still being developed and subject to frequent modification. Hopefully a more complete version will be available within February 2001.
