A Summer School for Graduate Students in Physical Oceanography

An intensive, 5 week educational experience for Physical Oceanography graduate students, taught at the UW Friday Harbor Labs on San Juan Island, WA. The course involves lectures, visiting speakers, lab demonstrations and observations. Students plan, conduct, and analyze their own field experiments in nearby waters. This is great chance to meet and work with your peers from institutions around the US.
