Spring 2004 - GROUP FLIGHT
Group flight to Spain for students participating in the NW CADIZ program in spring semester 2004. Through Lakeview Travel and Cruise of Seattle we have obtained a travel package that provides the arrangements we need at a price considerably below the regular air fare for comparable accommodations.The group will fly to Jerez de la Frontera, where it will be met by a chartered motor coach for the short ride to Cadiz.

The total cost of this travel package, including taxes and ground transportation to and from all airports in Spain, is $1,190.00. Returns on days other than June 5 are permitted, subject to available space, but all travel must be completed by July 15, 2004. A change in return date after the ticket is issued is possible for a charge of $150, and is subject to available space on the desired return flight. If you do not yet know what day you will want to return to the US, sign up for the official return date, then change your date later on if necessary. Students who return to the US on a day other than June 5 will be responsible for their own transportation to the Madrid airport.The program will provide transportation to the airport for the official return flight on June 5.
If you wish to travel on the group flight you should sign up right away in order to assure your place in the group. Full payment is due at Lakeview Travel no later than Nov. 24. Payment must be made by check only: i.e., no credit card payments. If you cancel your reservation after payment is made, your fare will be refunded minus a cancellation fee of $350.
