Content
We will focus on developing and analyzing mechanistic, dynamic models of biological systems, so as to better understand these systems. We will consider applications from many branches of biology and medicine, including genetics, ecology, epidemiology, and demography. Expect to apply differential equations, difference equations, dynamical systems theory, and stochastic modeling to biological problems.
