If you want a great retro gaming experience, I would recommend that you add a Super Nintendo to your collection. It has a HUGE library of games that you can all get used for very cheap. The games are all fairly simply yet complex enough to get your interested. It’s a nice contrast to most of the games today where you need to spend several hours getting into the game before you start really enjoying it. The Super Nintendo is a very rugged system and seems to be doing much better than the original Nintendo. Remember blowing on the cartridge bottoms for hours trying to get the dust out before it finally worked? I've never had that problem with the Super Nintendo.
