Once again, what can you say about a memory card? It's a cheesy gimmick to squeeze a couple more bucks out of you, but at least it works. When we first got a PS2, we bought a cheap memory card with tons of storage space. The only catch was that in order to access the data on the memory card, you needed to first start the PS2 with a special CD that was included in with the card. Needless to say, this got extremely annoying extremely fast, so we exchanged it for the Sony 8 MB memory card and haven't had any problems ever since. The only issue is that we did manage to fill it up and were forced to delete old data in order to save on it again. This might be a slight drag, but you can pick up a second card, as they are fairly cheap now.
