The Marginal Revolution Tyler Cowen's blog - really informative, imho.

Sierra Club - I like pairing this with PERC (above).
John Lott's blog - Informative and sometimes surprising analyses from an outstanding economist, with whom I have written papers.
Freakonomics - Steve Levitt's more famous blog, also outstanding, although he and John Lott sometimes disagree.
