Typing methods
- Type in hiragana and hit the space bar to show kanji
options.
- The computer will supply a guess at the correct kanji. This guess
may not be the appropriate one. In this case, look for options by hitting
the space bar as many times as needed.
- Determine the correct choice by hitting enter.
- If the computer incorrectly broke up the sentence, for example, by treating
a particle as a part of a kanji character, you may reselect a specific
part of the sentence to convert by hitting shift + arrow keys ( <- or
-> ).
- When you are satisfied with all kanji, press enter
to determine all underlined text.
- The important thing is that you should stick to hiragana when you
are not sure of the correct kanji.
