I BUS 480 Multinational Operations Management (4)

Case studies in foreign operations management: planning international objectives and strategies; developing multinational company structures and executives; adapting administrative practices and operating policies to international diversities. Prerequisite: I BUS 300; may not be repeated.

LOT Paper Assignment: due 2/27 (Thursday)

Based on the following and Friedman's views in LOT, you are to make a short (20-30 minute) address to a group of local government, civic, and business leaders in a foreign country on Globalization from the American Perspective."  Prepare an outline of your talk with explanations you will use in the address and ensuing Q&A.

-Dot Gone -Enron (& other corporate "failures")
-Arthur Anderson -Energy Consumption
-911 -Racial bigotry & discrimination against minorities
-Violent Crime -Americanization of the world
