MCLEEPS is a program for estimating effective population size
from temporal changes in allele frequencies,
written by Eric Anderson
and Ellen Williamson (2000).

Brief release history:
Version 1.0.1 (Dec 6, 2000) replaces Version 1.0 (Sept, 2000); some
minor corrections have been made in the variance computations.
