Colleagues:

On October 12 we solicited equipment requests for available state funds during the current academic year.

All requests received have been reviewed by the CFR Resources Committee and approximately $38,300 was allocated to specific purchases. Please work through the Faculty Chair to implement the decisions refelected on the referenced spreadsheet.

As noted on the referenced spreadsheet, the Resources Committee awaits further information regarding a new printer at CUH. Once this information is received, we will complete the allocation of funds to the three areas marked in yellow.

I urge all receipents of College state funds to finalize their purchases as early as possible, but in no case later than June 1, 2006. Allocated funds remaining unspent by this date will be reallocated within the College. Thank you.
