Readme kin_cor_chi ver. 1.0

Program suite for estimating kinship coefficients from marker data,
and using these to carry out a corrected chi-square test in the presence
of relationship information. 

Download kin_cor_chi.v1.tar (the programs) and extract the files 
(e.g., tar xf kin_cor_chi.v1.tar). Read the readme files in each directory.

Note: these programs have only been tested under linux.
