We utilize cutting-edge functional genomics techniques to study normal kidney cells and anatomic structures. This provides insights into mechanisms and genetic basis of kidney disease.

We have developed expertise in in situ hybridization technologies and digital spatial profiling. We also support spatial biology experiments for other investigators.

We have specialized expertise and conduct clinical research in medical renal pathology. We are actively researching how COVID-19 affects the kidney.

We have made significant contributions to the understanding of the cell biology and genetics of this key cell of the kidney's filter.
