==============================  CFJ 2592  ==============================

    The declaration of a Skunk is part of a specific Win by High Score's
    cleanup procedure, and does not affect any other Win by High Score's
    cleanup procedure simultaneously in progress.

Judge Wooble's Arguments:

I judge TRUE. Either reading is plausible, but since skunk is not
defined by the rules and the action of declaring one is spelling out
in the cleanup procedure itself, it seems best to say that it is a
specific win that is being declared a "skunk", and that the remainder
of the cleanup procedure for that win only is what is canceled.
