{"id":348,"date":"2019-06-15T20:01:18","date_gmt":"2019-06-16T03:01:18","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/faculty.washington.edu\/jscholl\/?p=348"},"modified":"2019-07-13T20:06:39","modified_gmt":"2019-07-14T03:06:39","slug":"digital-government-reference-library-dgrl-version-15-0-released","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/faculty.washington.edu\/jscholl\/2019\/06\/15\/digital-government-reference-library-dgrl-version-15-0-released\/","title":{"rendered":"Digital Government Reference Library (DGRL) Version 15.0 Released"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p><strong>Version 15.0<\/strong>\u00a0of the<a href=\"http:\/\/faculty.washington.edu\/jscholl\/dgrl\/\"> Digital Government\u00a0Reference Library (DGRL)<\/a>, which was previously named Electronic Government\u00a0Reference Library (EGRL), has been published as of\u00a0<strong>June 15, 2019<\/strong>. The library now contains\u00a0<strong>11,760\u00a0<\/strong>references of predominantly English-language, peer-reviewed work in the study domains of digital\u00a0government, digital governance, and digital democracy.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>This marks a&nbsp;<strong>4.9%<\/strong>&nbsp;increase in references from version 14.5 (December of 2018) and a&nbsp;<strong>14.2%<\/strong>&nbsp;increase from version 14.0 (June of 2018). This past publication period has yet been another good one for Digital Government-related publishing adding another 4-digit number (<strong>1,461<\/strong>) of new peer-reviewed academic references within the past 12 months.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The DGRL has become an indispensable tool for Digital Government scholars. In particular, reviewers of paper submissions are reported to rely heavily on this reference library. Packaged in a 12.1 MB zip file,&nbsp;<a href=\"http:\/\/www.bibtex.org\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">bibTeX<\/a>,&nbsp;<a href=\"http:\/\/en.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/RIS_(file_format)\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">RIS<\/a>, and an Endnote Export versions are available.&nbsp;<a href=\"http:\/\/www.mendeley.com\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Mendeley<\/a>&nbsp;or Zotero versions can easily be created by importing from RIS or bibTeX files.
