Structure Lab

1. Download and install the Structure 2.3.4 (without graphical front end) from pritchardlab/structure.html

2. Go to the directory with the structure program and edit the "mainparams" file so that NUMINDS is 200,  NUMLOCI is 6, and MARKERNAMES is 0. Don't ask me why their default parameter file doesn't match their test data file.

Run the program from the command line on the test data provided (structure -i testdata1). If the program runs normally or you get a header output with references and a sensible Structure error message (not something like "dll not found") your software is running fine (we will use a different data set and change some parameters in the lab class).

I imagine Structure is also installed on grid modules but I haven't had the time to check or test them.
