Results from FIDAP simulation of microreactor:
For the microreactor, suppose the following parameters:
Entry temperature=673K,
Ammonia composition=0.4,
Reynolds number=0.239,
Fluid is not heated.
The following is different aspects of the simulation results:
Stream line contour
Concentration contour
Vorticity contour
Pressure contour
Horizontal velocity contour
Velocity profile going out of the device (at
x=7)
We can change the above parameters, in order to understand the influence of the parameters on the simulation. From our results, we found that the change of those parameters will not affect the pattern of simulation very much, as long as the change in the parameter is in the range of 0.5-2 times the original values.
