Information for the GFO Coordinator

• The GFO Coordinator checks forms for proper format:
  • new title/number is put on the top of the form;
  • course description is double-spaced and no more than 50 words;
  • abbreviated title for transcripts goes after the colon (for new course application) and is no more than 19 characters (including spaces);
  • credits (on top of back side) add up.
  
  
• The GFO Coordinator checks that all new courses and courses with major content changes have an accompanying syllabus.
