Undergraduate Research Opportunities
We are looking for one highly motivated undergraduate student who is interested in labview programing for data acquisiton system and experimental setup for optical tables. If you are strongly interested, please send an email including your GPA and transcript to xuxd@uw.edu.
Lab News and Events ArchiveWelcome to Xu Group
Welcome to Prof. Xiaodong Xu's group at department of Physics, and Department of Material Science and Engineering at University of Washington.
We are interested in understanding the optical, electronic and quantum properties of novel solid state nanostructures by nanoscale device design, optical spectrosocpy, electrical transport, and scanning photocurrent measurements. Please click Research to learn more.
We have active research collabrations with the experimental groups of David Cobden, Michael Hochberg, Alex Jen, Markus Raschke, Fumio Ohuchi, Marjorie Olmstead and the theoretical groups of Anton Andreev, Boris Spivak, M.P. Anantram and Wang Yao.
