lSeyfert galaxies: nuclei  (< ~1 ly) are ~10K brighter than the core of our galaxy.
lActive radio galaxies: similar to Seyferts with most energy emitted in  jets  kpcs long.
lBlazars: active radio galaxies with the jets viewed head on.
lQuasars: huge redshifts with luminosities 1000 x normal with jets and violent, rapid, rotation of the nucleus.
lBLACK HOLES could be the energy source for AGNs.
