Schizophrenia

We are working on a project to identify genetic factors that affect risk of schizophrenia. We have genome scan data on extended pedigrees, trios, and unrelated cases and controls. Existing genome scan data consists of SNP genotypes from an Illumina 1M platform, and high-throughput sequence data is now being generated on families with the strongest prior information supporting a risk locus. We use a variety of analytical tools for analysis, including novel methods (e.g., click here) and traditional methods.
