Statistical Genetics I. Spring quarter, 2023

Class will be in-person, 8:30-9:20 MWF, March 27 - June 2.

We will meet in Magnuson Health Sciences, wing E, room E212.

This is a first course in statistical models and methods that underpin much of what we think of as statistical genetics.
The focus is on discrete traits and discrete genetic variation that influences those traits. We will cover topics that pertain to population data as well as to data from related individuals.

I will be using the Canvas platform for this course. If you are a registered student or auditor, you will be able to access the materials through Canvas.
