Political Science 500
Autumn 2007

Welcome to the POL S 500 course website where you will find links to assignments, helpful handouts and some course readings.  My apologies for the crude nature of the site, but I am still having problems in getting interactive buttons to load properly with Frontpage 2003.

Syllabus.

Syllabus (sans the fancy schmancy cover).

Life's Little Mysteries.

The link to Life's Little Mysteries -- the weekly assignment where you post interesting, odd or otherwise puzzling questions about our social world.  Questions are due on each Friday by 8 pm.  Students are encouraged to respond with possible hypotheses, speculations and critical tests (a la Lave & March).  Postings here count towards your class participation grade.  Since postings are due by Friday evening, why not take a look at some of the posted questions and talk about them with your cohort over a few Friday beers!
