A zipped version of the data set is contained in z_tgr500.zip. Note: The dataset does not 
contain dummy variables. They need to be generated using Stata's regression command 
"xi: regress ...", which generates the fixed effects automatically as long as index 
variables are specified to create the FE in the various dimensions. E.g., 
Write i.indexvariablename in the regression to use this function.
