Version 1.0 is released.

REAP 1.1 is released. Fixed bug in release 1.0 that caused the program to crash when using the "-m" flag for not printing the kinship and IBD 0 matrices to a file. Also corrected typos in the previous relaease 1.0 documentation and added an example using output files from the ADMIXTURE software.

REAP 1.2 is released. The number of study individuals for the REAP analysis is set to be smaller than 10,000. The latest release allows the user to increase this limit by changing the value of MAXPEOPLE in the REAP_SOURCE.c file (seven lines from the top) and recompiling the program.
