Concert will include chant from medieval Britain,

songs in Latin from British manuscripts

described by the French as "sweet harmony,"

and love songs written by Henry VIII

The concerts in Mary Gates Hall usually sell out in advance;  seats can be reserved in advance by mailing a check for the correct amount, made out to the "School of Music" to:

CDs of the December 2008 concert (most recent concert) -- performed in Mary Gates Hall are available for $10; the CDs include chant, plus English and German carols; you may include the cost of a CD on the same check as your tickets, and pick up the CD at the concert, or have it mailed to you.

 Parking is available in the Central Parking Plaza, with the entrance at 15th Avenue NE and NE 41st Street - parking is usually free on Saturday evenings, unless there is a major event in Meany Hall
