Tossing the Die Many Times
The graph below will both toss the die a large number of times for you
and also keep track of the results. This will make it easier to detect
deviations from the expected.
When we tossed a fair die earlier in this chapter,
the distribution of the faces looked approximately like the graph to the above right.
Toss the die a number of times until you can decide whether the expected distribution
above applies to this die. If you decide it is loaded, which face or faces are
more likely to occur? How many tosses did it take before you were convinced one
way or the other?
