Assignment:
Post your ideas on the degree to which Durham and/or Richerson and Boyd present a viable Darwinian or micro-evolutionary model of cultural evolution. Use specific cases that they use or that you know from other contexts.

First hour: Discussion of the issues raised in the postings.
Second hour: Detailed discussion of one or more of Durham's case studies.
