Research Interests

Statistical Genetics
Genome-wide association studies of Alzheimer's disease and cognitive endophenotypes across multi-ancestry cohorts, systems-biology approaches integrating protein–protein interaction networks, cognitively-defined AD subgrouping across five studies, and multi-ancestry analyses of genetic resilience and sex-specific AD loci.
F
Psychometrics & Cognitive Harmonization
Development of harmonized cognitive composite scores (memory, executive function, language, visuospatial) across major aging cohorts using confirmatory factor analysis, item response theory, differential item functioning, and co-calibration methods.
Neuropathology & AD Subtyping
Harmonized brain pathology scoring across autopsy cohorts (ACT, ROS, MAP, NACC), genetic and transcriptomic correlates of mixed neuropathology burden, neuropathological endophenotype GWAS, and cell-type-level analyses through the Seattle AD Brain Cell Atlas.
Biostatistical Methods
Statistical machine learning bridging molecular knowledge and diagnostics, change-point models for cognitive decline, and measurement precision methods in longitudinal cognitive aging studies.
