The one-day symposium will be held at the Mote Marine Laboratory on May 25th, 2013. Information regarding travel to the Mote Marine Laboratory and lodging can be found on this page (see below).

Hotel Information
Lodging accommondations for the meeting participants are available at The Helmsley Sandcastle Hotel and The Lido Beach Resort on Lido Key Island. When making reservations make sure to mention "Bioacoustic Symposium Group" for the group rate discount. Note that there will be a trolley service from the Helmsley Sandcastle hotel and Lido Beach Resort to Mote Marine Lab in the morning and evening on the day of the event.

Rates are +/- 3 days and rooms are based upon availability. These rates are a net, non-commissionable rates, and apply to 1 - 4 persons per room, per night.

Make sure mention you are attending the BioAcoustic Symposium at Mote Marine Lab to receive the group rate. Reservations must be guaranteed with a credit card, or a one night's room and tax deposit mailed in advance. The deadline to make your hotel reservation and receive the discounted group rate is Tuesday April 23, 2013.

$309 Beach Front 1 Bedroom 2 Bath Suite - Separate bedroom with king bed and private bath with shower stall. Living area has sleeper sofa, 32" TV, 2 recliners and second full bathroom with oversized Roman tub & 2 sinks. Full kitchen, breakfast bar and dinette & private balcony with patio furniture.

All rooms are subject to availability. Due to the high occupancy our resort experiences, your guests are encouraged to make reservations as soon as possible. Rates are per room, per night plus 12% tax and subject to change.
