Olympus FV1000 confocal system. It has a SIM scanner, which allows us to simultaneously photo-activate light-sensitive proteins like channel rhodopsin 2 and image cells. The system is also equipped with a zero-drift control unit.
We also own a Nikon swept field confocal for ultra-fast 2d confocal imaging.
This is our Olympus/TILL photonics TIRF unit. We use it for experiments involving single molecule and calcium sparklet imaging.
Our BioRad 2100 Radiance confocal. Our first confocal system... still functional.
IonOptix photometry system. Sensitive, reliable, and heavily used. We could not ask more from it!
Last, but not least our Saeco Talea Touch Plus ultra-automatic espresso machine. Unquestionably, the most used equipment in the lab! Join us for a latte.
Leica 3D GSD super resolution microscope.
