Flash movie of the Wnt/beta catenin pathway illustrating the regulation of beta catenin stability
As reported in Miller, JR et al., J. Cell Biol. 146: 427-437 (1999), Dishevelled tagged with GFP migrates along microtubule tracks towards the prospective dorsal side of the frog egg soon after fertilization. This movie shows the vectorial transport of the Dsh-GFP as described in Fig. 3 of this paper. Red represents yolk platelets, and green are the Dsh-GFP particles.
