zebrafish emx3 (previously called emx1, but according to zfin new name should be emx3!!) cDNA for making antisense probe. expressed in anterior forebrain, at 2somites in horseshoe shape at most anterior end of embryo, used by Schier in 1999 MZOep paper. used in masterblind/axin paper at bud stage. strong thruout somitogenesis. at 24hpf also in ventral diencephalon. by 48hpf weaker and only in telencephalon anymore. for antisense: AccI, T7
