Zvox-1 in CS2+. EcoRI-HpaI fragment from Zvox-1-2 was inserted into KS EcoRI-Sma as ZV80. EcoRI-XbaI fragment from this was inserted into CS2+ EcoRI-XbaI.
To make RNA: cut with Asp718, transcribe with SP6.
