Partial cDNA for zebrafish Cad-1 (caudal). This cDNA was isolated from Thierry Lepage's gastrula stage library (original clone called b1b). This clone contains the coding region for the last 175aa of Cad-1 (it's missing the first 85 aa), and the entire 3' UTR.
For antisense probe digest with SpeI, transcribe with T7 polymerase.
For sense probe digest with XhoI, transcribe wih T3 polymerase.
