Insert: alpha tropomyosin
The alpha-tropomyosin cDNA fragment was made by PCR from 20-28 hr library cDNA using oligos based on the seqence of O'hara et al . (PNAS 86:5673-5677, 1989). It is cloned in Bluescript KS+ with an RI site at its 5' end and a Sal I site at its 3' end. Cut with EcoR1 to linearize and transcribe with T3 RNA poymerase to make antisense probe.
