Description: Zebrafish Nemo-like kinase 1(NLK-1), cloned into the vector CS2+. ~1425bp EcoR1-Xba1 insert. Clone is an inactive mutant of NLK1, analogous to C425Y mutant of mouse NLK which does not bind TCFs.
Notes for Use: For functional synthetic RNA, linearize with Asp 718 and transcribe with SP6. Select clones with amp.
