Description: Zebrafish wnt-11, from Carl-Phillip Heisenberg. Cloning sites and whether it has UTR unknown. Injection of 100 ng/ul into zebrafish produces very weak hindbrain convergence defect, much weaker than frog Wnt-5a or zebrafish wnt5.
Notes for Use: Linearize with Not1 and transcribe SP6 for sense RNA. Select clones with amp.
