Notes for Use:
Transcription: For sense, linearize with Not I and transcribe with SP6.
Comments: Xenopus beta-catenin PCR amplified from st. 19 RNA. Cloned into CS2+MT such taht myc tags are added in frame to C-terminus of beta-catenin. 24 and 26 are from seperated PCR reactions, first cloned into SK+ as XBC 11 and 14, respectively. These PCR fragments have the first 138bp after the AUG removed to eliminated a possible GSK-3 sequence. A new AUG has been inserted just after the Bam site.
