Description: Full coding sequence of mouse Wnt-1 (int-1 in early literature), with one internal c-myc epitope, cloned into the SV40 expression vector pCD-PS, but providing Xenopus beta globin 5' and 3' UTRs. Protein can be immunoprecipitated, recognized in whole mount immunostaining, and detected by western blot, using the anti-c-myc antibody 9E-10
