Note for Use:
Cut with BamH1, transcribe with SP6, yielding 165 nt probe, 142 nt protected fragment. Hybridize 45 degrees C with 50,000 cpm probe (higher probe yields unacceptable background). Run 8% sequencing gel 1.5 hours.
