Directions to Tera:
From I-5 take the James St. exit, head West toward the water to First Ave. Turn South (left) on First, go 4 blocks south to King.
Tera is located at 411 First Ave. S, Suite 600 in the Merrill Place building.
Jackson is to the North, King to the South.
Parking: On King, heading West, the Merrill Place parking garage is on the right side of the block, the only garage on the block. It's a 3 story, buff colored bldg. Please arrive at the parking garage between 9:00 and 9:45 am. If you arrive after 9:45am you may have to find a parking place elsewhere.
After parking, enter at the front of the building on First Avenue. Take the elevator to the 6th floor, and sign in with our receptionist.
