Solving nonlinear algebraic systems using the singular value decomposition

We give some numerical methods for solving nonlinear algebraic systems with rank deficient Jacobian matrices. Our methods work for either isolated solutions or isolated deficient Jacobian matrices, and their variants. The main methods we give are one singular value decomposition bordering and probability one regulation.
