**Submission instructions:** 

Create a subdirectory `am574-studentN/hw4` in your private repository. At a
minumum, this subdirectory should contain:

- `hw4.pdf`, a pdf file of solutions.
- Subdirectories `hw4/sqrtflux` and `hw4/linsys`
  containing the code required for the programming portions.

After making your final commit, please submit information via
