Covalent bonding, chemical kinetics, liquids and solids, properties of solutions, the elements in groups 1A-4A, the elements in groups 5A-8A, and transition metals and coordination chemistry. Includes laboratory. Prerequisite: 1.7 in CHEM 152. Offered: AWSpS.
