Here is an exercise for you to practice using the Catalyst tool E-submit.  For this exercise you will need access to the internet and the E-submit web site.

First, make a two page resume, one that you might eventually use in applying for work once you graduate.

Second, regardless of what word processing program you are using, save the file in "rich text format" that gives the file extension the letters .rtf.

Finally, change the file name of the document so that your last name, first initial, and the assignment keyword appear in the file name.  Label the assignment with your last name, first initial, underscore, and "exercise". For example, Laura Busch would change the name of her resume for this catalyst exercise to "busch_exercise.pdf".

Finally, enter the E-submit system and upload your resume.

This exercise is due Monday October 2nd at 5pm on E-submit and is worth 10 points.
