This list summarizes how to deal with individual SMS files
- s01: cannot be conflated due to no timestamps on SMS

- s11: OK, any erroneous GPS timestamps are due to GPS initialization. These can be corrected by mode of offset between phone and GPS time
- Assume all MyExperience records with no SMS will have the same offsets applied
- s12: Excellent, all records have good GPS timestamps.
