What would Thanksgiving be without a turkey? Flash didn't work, but you get the idea.

Not as easy to arrange as one might imagine here in Cádiz. Step 1) order them from the butcher: three 8-9 kilo turkeys! 2)Pick them up and haul them to Suzy's in shopping bags. 3)Stuff and return to butcher's for cold storage. 4)Pick them up at 9am Thursday and take to the Bakery near the Plaza de la Candelaria (in the trunk of Francis's car), (walking them one by one from the Public Market). 5)Prop up Suzy's dining room table to support the weight (and all the dinner contributions all the students brought! 6)Eat (fantastic pumpkin pie and truffles) - Ashley M. and Travis Jo:
