This popular neighborhood (La Viña) will be a focal point of
Carnaval. Fortunately for those
not enamored of raw shellfish, there are hundreds of other delicacies to sample
(most cooked!)
Even in January (except when it's raining!), you can eat outdoors. Life is tough!
