Ferrarin, \u201cA multiple-task gait analysis approach: Kinematic, kinetic and EMG reference data for healthy young and adult subjects,\u201d <em>Gait Posture<\/em>, vol. 33, no. 1, pp. 6\u201313, Jan. 2011.<\/a>\n<ol>\n<li><a href=\"https:\/\/drive.google.com\/file\/d\/0B-8sG4BdFejidGlibC1WTm9aTlE\/view?usp=sharing\">Excel Data: kinematic, kinetic and EMG reference data for healthy young and adult subjects.<\/a><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>MATLAB\u00a0FUNCTIONS<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li><a href=\"https:\/\/drive.google.com\/file\/d\/0B9jjwmNLdPgBSVliWmdTaldCYm8\/view?usp=sharing\">getOsimData: a tool to plot opensim kinematic curves<\/a>\n<ol>\n<li>This function will create a vector of OpenSim data within\u00a0a full stance phase using the format:\u00a0[d,td] = getOsimData(filename, col, t1, t2) ). \u201cFilename\u201d is the text file containing the matrix of OpenSim data. \u201cCol\u201d is the column of interest, with \u201ct1\u201d and \u201ct2\u201d marking the beginning and end times of the full stance phase or other interval of interest. The normalized time vector, td, can then be plotted against the respective function values, d, of the desired data.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<\/li>\n<li><a href=\"https:\/\/drive.google.com\/file\/d\/0B9jjwmNLdPgBM2hNWWVJcnJWMFU\/view?usp=sharing\">getWinterData: plots Winter&#8217;s kinematic curves for hip, knee, and ankle<\/a>\n<ol>\n<li>This function will create reference vectors to model Winter\u2019s 1987 kinematics data using the format:\u00a0[values, percent_gate, sd] = getWinterData(joint). By entering \u2018knee\u2019, \u2018ankle\u2019, or \u2018hip\u2019 into the function, vectors will be returned \u00a0containing the\u00a0kinematic angles (values), \u00a0stance phase percentages (percent_gate), \u00a0and standard deviation values (sd) of the chosen\u00a0joint.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>MODELS<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li><a href=\"https:\/\/simtk.org\/projects\/biartprosthesis\">Opensim musculoskeletal model with lower limb loss.\u00a0<\/a><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>DATA G.
